If you would like to return your item(s) we are more than happy to provide a store credit on items that are returned within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date for Australian customers or within thirty (30) days for international customers. Please note your returned item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) has been purchased via the Soli Sleep website
- The item(s) is returned in its original condition, unworn/ unused with tags attached and all original packaging
- The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and contains either a copy of the original order/packing slip or a completed returns request form
Please note there are no returns or exchanges for final sale items or items that are discounted by 30% or more. Soli Sleep reserves the right to deny refunds if the purchased item(s) do not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.

Due to hygiene reasons hair clips and hair scrunchies are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, even for change of mind.
SILK PILLOWCASE AND PILLOWCASE SET
Due to hygiene reasons silk pillowcases and pillowcase sets are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, even for change of mind.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Items that have been purchased at full price or less than a 30% discount are eligible for a store credit, when returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date for Australian customers or within thirty (30) days for international customers. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. Your store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Any items that are discounted by 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty. Please note this includes items that are purchased in conjunction with any discount codes with 30% or more discount.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges on our products. However, should you wish to return your item we would be more than happy to provide you with a store credit provided your return meets the criteria outlined in our returns policy.
